Charlene Higgins owns two of our Australian Shepherds. Her first Aussie is Luna, RisingStar's Picasso Moon, out of Sailor x Serena. Her second Aussie, which she co-owns with us, is PJ, RisingStar's Junior Celebrity, out of Paisley x Story. She started competing in juniors at the local HONYASC ASCA show in December 2006. She won her class in the two shows she competed in. Her first AKC show was in Hamburg, NY, in January 2007. At her next show in Buffalo, NY in February 2007 she received her first win in the Novice Intermediate class. She won her second and third wins in this class at her next show in Syracuse, NY, in March 2007. She now is moving up into the Open Intermediate class at her next show. Then in July when she turns 15 years old, she will move into the Open Senior class. She not only competes in Juniors but she is showing PJ in the confirmation breed classes and is training Luna and PJ in obedience and agility.
